This is the game that causes me to "check out", too

It just amazes me how utterly terrible this football program year after year continues to be.

It feels like it is being done on purpose.

I was kind of hanging on to that Sam rope by a thread. That thread snapped on this game.

I agree the last 3 hires have been total shite, but I'm willing to give Yurachek a chance to get this one right. He's done a great job leading the rest of the athletic department and all of our other programs have been successful under his tenure, let's just see what happens before we bring out the pitchforks

The pitchfork is all the way the shed, and I don't feel like getting off the couch. I just do not give a flying frick.

I know it sounds like I do based on my ranting today, and I DO give a flying frick about baseball and basketball, but my venting is more about how our actions with football coaches continuously fly in the face of logic. It's not the results that I'm mad about, it's the principle that it didn't have to be this way and it just... is... for allegedly sound reasons. The past two coaches have been drawn out of a hat, there's no convincing me otherwise. Because if there were trivial formalities like a "resume," or an "interview," or "open your fricking eyes," we wouldn't be here right now.

That is what happens when standards get lower and lower.

Before you know it, Arkansas is below the Mississippi schools.
