It depends on the mental health problem. A student would have a lot of rights with certain severe mental illnesses but just going with how frustrated Kiffin sounds, I don't think he's suffering from one of those.

It is actually worse than that. He was informed that Kiffin wanted to talk to him in person. So for over 2 weeks he denied his bosses, bosses, boss (DL Coach, DC and HC)
