Arkansas way too high. Otherwise the west looks fine.

Arkansas is extremely to high. I don't know how you can be sold on LSU yet either. Otherwise it seems fine to me. I agree on your East rankings completely.

Why the frick would anyone pick Tennessee to win the East?
