This dude on Twitter or X or whatever said,

"If BAMA beats UCONN, and the eclipocalypse happens and civilization is destroyed, and I happen to survive, I'm claiming that natty."

One of these things needs to happen tomorrow:

1) we win…don’t care how it happens…would be AWESOME!!

2) Boz, Crimson K, and others in Phoenix need to help me give these players and staff a standing ovation regardless of how much we lose by.

I’m so proud of this team and all they’ve accomplished when it would have been easier to just fade into the night after the end of the regular season!! Remembering how they answered Clemson’s 3s shot for shot in the 2nd half still gives me chills. Pringle’s Herculean effort on the boards and the line, MoDs heroics against GCU, Sears hitting 5 straight against Clemson, Grant vs. UNC, Rylan’s consistency on both ends, Estrada’s effort plays, Stevenson vs. Clemson….wow, what a run!!!!

Anyone who thinks Bama needs a miracle to beat Uconn, go watch the highlights of their blowout loss against Creighton. They look pretty mortal to me.

Their star center, Clingan, is just big. He's slow and only plays 22 minutes a game. I think Oats is going to have 5 shooters on the floor a lot. That will get him out of the lane or give us open threes. On defense, we'll sag off a couple of their poor shooters to double Clingan. We're going to dare them to try to outshoot us.

I think it has a good chance of working unless all our bigs foul out and/or uconn's subpar shooters turn into Steph Curry.

I'd feel pretty good about this game if Uconn didn't have so much length on the perimeter. As it is, I think we have a puncher's chance.
