Arkansas boosters aren't going to drop millions like the aggies especially with an OL coach with no head coaching experience.

I believe they have a wait and see approach. They will give you what you need at first and if you're successful then they will help out more.

They have been burned too many times by the administration that I'd imagine will get frustrated being asked about money for only to be wasted after another firing.

That is probably why Arkansas hired an OL coach because they are tired of seeing money they made go to waste.
