Every freshman signee at Ark gets 45k no matter if they’re a 3 star or 5 star. They will continue to struggle in recruiting until they pay more for the upper level guys

Really though, it’s like pro teams now…only the salary cap varies wildly based your donors’ appetite and depth of pockets.

The Arkansas administration and big donors don't align on the same goals for good reason.
