What I did not understand is why aren't we starting the game like this and forcing teams to sell out to beat Bowers in the 1Q.

Because Kirby is hell bent on running the fricking ball even if that means costing his team a game. He needs to let Beck sling it and the rest will be history.

WTF?

4 games and he’s got maybe 8 deep pass attempts, of which 6 have been over-thrown or just not anywhere reasonable for the receiver to go get. On top of very clearly not seeing at least 4, maybe 5 wide open potentials that if he did see them and made an accurate pass would have been an easy TD on each.

And you really think Kirby is mistakenly holding him back?!?!!!

Beck threw it 33 times against 28 rushes today. Hoe many times would you like him to "sling it"?

You have to run the ball. It’s how a PA offense works. Our line got beat on some run blitzes, stunts and just general blocks. PA opens up passing lanes. It is scientifically proven. We just need to do a better job blocking.

Kirby doesn't run the offense at all.
Defensively we've been good but not dominant.
