How is Bama favored over Ole Miss?

Bama's OL can't stop a sneeze. Lane smells blood in the water so he's gonna throw everything he's got at them. Only reason Bama has a chance is because Pete Golding is Ole Miss defensive coordinator. But I don't think even Golding can screw this one up. Sounds like easy money if you're a gambler.

Bama's defense will limit what Ole Miss can do on offense. MIlro will do enough with his legs to keep their defense off balance.

Kiffin will find a way to frick it up, either poor play calling or going for it on 4th down when he should kick the FG

The game will be called by an SEC officiating crew

because you started the season much higher and we started the season lower.

And even if you struggle in a win....they aren't going to drop you very far.

Ole Miss has played:

- Mercer
- Tulane (with a backup QB)
- Georgia Tech (with Haynes King)

And they struggled with 2 of 3

Yeak Kiffin goes for it on 4th way too much. Has cost him some games.

Because it's a betting line and a lot of people just bet on Alabama because more times than not, you're going to win that bet.

Yeah Bama at home in single digit lines is a crazy high percentage of covers in the last decade I believe.

idiotic narrative by smoothbrains on this board. It's just as easy to argue him going for it has helped win and secure wins in some games.

I miss the days of just waxing teams. I remember during the Tua and Mac years Bama would be up about 35-0 at halftime on just about every game.

I guess 17 point and 25 point wins just aren’t what they used to be…but as for the OP, unless you’ve been asleep for the last 50 years you know Alabama is favored.

The Gumps will go back to three yards and a cloud of dust and totally abandon the pass with Mildew at the helm. Old Missy can't score if they don't have the ball. Gumps win by dominating TOP with the new clock rules.

Honestly I see this as being very likely.

Only we're allowed to bitch about the refs

Side note: How is it that the best conference in college football has the worst refs? Obviously there are outliers, but watching other conferences' games, it's easy to tell that refs don't take control of the game as much as they do in the SEC.

We scored 48 points with 20 minutes of possession last week.

This thread makes me realize how fricking retarded tRant is. You fricks know nothing about ole miss or the modern game of football. TOP is how grandpa measured games.

SEC Officiating won't allow Alabama to have two losses this early in the season.
