Arkansas enjoyed above average coaching from Broyles, Holtz, Hatfield and for a brief period Petrino.

Average to down right horrible from
Nutt, Bert, Pittman, Crowe and Chad.

Arkansas recruits well but fails to maximize in player development and in game coaching is just bad.

Hired a fat loser re-tread O line coach after low balling Kiffin and Norvell.

You get what you pay for. Dude has hit the pinnacle of life being an obese lake rat in Hot Springs.

Setting aside the joking at Arkys expense, Pittman is not a horrible hire, imho. He did exactly what he was called to do, pull Arky out of the embarrassing situation they were in. He should retire after this season and live the good life, he deserves it.

It may sound like BS, but ARK leaving the SWC was damaging to their ability to compete at a high level. Our rivalry drove Arkansas to a higher level. The pure hate they held for Texas, and we, them, made both programs better.

I have a gut feeling Arkansas will improve once our mutual hate starts to truly shine through again.

Arkansas recruits well

You don’t recruit well enough to be a top tier team in the SEC. When does Arkansas ever get a nationally Top Ten recruiting class?

Georgia, Alabama, & LSU get one virtually every year. Others like Florida, Texas A&M and Auburn get multiple Top Ten classes in a 4/5 year period.
