GJ Kinne seems to be a good coach, but only two years of experience.
Could recruit Texas hard. The problem is who does he bring in with him being so young.

Might not be a bad thing if it makes him hold on to guys like Jimmy Smith and Marcus Woodson.
Coaches typically don't hang on to many of the previous staff but there are some I wouldn't mind staying.
