LSU's thing is night games and they've got no qualms about screwing us over on that

LSU gets "special treatment" for the following:

"H" shaped goal posts

Numbered yard markings every 5 yards (not every 10 like everyone else)

Allowed to wear white jerseys at home for conference games ( technically anyone can now but LSU changed the rule conference wide)

LSU gets PLENTY of special treatment

I was unaware Hshaped goal posts impacted the game

Are players tripping over the extra pain on the field?

With approval from the away team but not until 1995. From 83-94 NCAA would not let LSU wear white at home. Then in 97 the SEC removed all restrictions for home team choosing uniform colors.

So for 2 whole years LSU was allowed after the NCAA had stepped in prior before the SEC said. “Do what you want Home team. “

Pretty sure other teams can use "H" goalposts and mark every five yards instead of ten if they want.
