Everything they do sucks and not to get political here but for context Larry Fink and Blackrock have openly come out saying ESG will crack the American economy at this rate and we can’t keep doing this. Disney is the single biggest ESG oriented company in the world and are about to have to shell out 20 billion ish to buy out Comcast stake in Hulu. They have like 2 billion in operating cash based on their recent quarterly report so they either will need to take on massive amounts of debt equal to how much they stupidly bought fox for a few years ago or give their biggest competitor like 15% of Disneys whole fricking company in stock if their price doesn’t rise. They might truly be fricked.
