I don’t think they changed the out of bounds clock at all. Just the first down clock and also not being able to call consecutive timeouts any more - like nfl

You might be right. I can’t remember from the spring announcement and I didn’t get to see much action today to check

Yes. This has been true for a while, regarding out of bounds.
