If you don’t think there should be NIL standardization in order to keep the playing field somewhat level, you are being foolish. It is why most professional sports have salary caps.


That being said, as a Georgia fan, I don’t think Kirby would have said anything about it at all if the current NIL laws in Georgia were the same as those in Missouri, Texas and a few other states.

Just like every coach who is worth a damn, he is going to lobby for what will help his team. I promise you that coaches do not give a fat rats arse about the opinions of anonymous message board posters. Nor should they.

How do people still not understand the difference between NIL and salaries?

The money Aaron Rodgers makes from State Farm does not count towards the Jets salary cap.

Georgia doesn't want a salary cap, they want maximum individual salaries

Georgia, 4 time national champion, in a top 10 state in population, Coca-Cola, Delta, etc is kvetching about fairness.
