Ah one of my favorite discussions. Typically a Glock 19 with an RMR, from time to time I throw a staccato P in there. Have had 365xl and a few 43x but the 19 always makes it was back in.

My personal favorite is a 19 - but it is a little too big to be concealable if you tuck your shirt in, which I do. 43x fits my hand better than the 43, but again, the grip shows through my shirt

I used to run an RMR (and like it for competition) however, on my service pistol and real life application I went to blacked out rears with a tritium front. Draw and fire was much faster, for me.

Shooting is a highly personal as for attachments and what not. I’ve seen some strange things that work for people.

Friend has a Staccato and loves it. The only thing is that it is not so reliable.
