Muss knows what he needs, and evidently Boateng just didn't fit.
Not saying at all that he's not a good player, just maybe not for Muss's system.
Best wishes to him.

So Muss told Boateng to move on...not interested. That's what happened? Didn't see that story. Thanks for sharing your inside info.

Probably didn’t tell him to move on . More like we’ll take you if you want to come. Muss probably saw other guys he likes better and prioritized them a little more.

Wow, Musselman is prioritizing 4 star kids from California over in-state 5 stars?!?! I'd be furious if I were a hog fan. What kind of liberal cuck program is shirtless midget man trying to build? Does this program not represent the state of Arkansas?

The young man was offered and chose a school that gives him a better chance of minutes in games early on. It’s a wise move by him and no offense is taken by Arkansas. The portal is a priority for Muss so it’s no surprise the high school kids who aren’t guaranteed impact players look elsewhere to play immediately.

Before Muss and the portal Arkansas coaches were crucified for losing these types of players, but now, unless they are a can’t miss instant impact player, it’s not as painful.

It would have been great to get him no doubt, but it’s not a huge blow at all.

I’m good with whatever players Muss wants to bring in, regardless of stars. They’ll be talented and get expert coaching at Arkansas.

Did you get a new Asst Coach to coach up your players to go with your recruiting HC.

Recruited, but not hard. Not an A lister.
Muss would have taken him if he whiffed on a couple of others that fit better with what he wants to do.
Good luck to him at Mizzou.

Look at the rosters of the Elite 8 teams, or even Sweet 16.
Without knowing whose roster it was, could you tell 'what state they represented'?
Especially in the age of the transfer portal and NIL?
Yeah, it would be satisfying to go whip a bunch of arse with a roster of only Arkansas boys, but that is not the way the game is today. Muss stays on top of it.
