Can Texas handle a team full of five star lineman and five star backs just grinding them into the ground? Because Bama is likely going back to the more physical game and I’m not sure Texas can handle that up front

Will Anderson didn’t do crap against Texas last year. Don’t see their other 5 star D linemen doing anything different

Texas' Defense was more physical than Alabama's Offense last year. Texas will be more physical this year.

Other than an 81 yd run by McClellan and a 20 yd scramble by Bryce Young, Alabama rushed 22 times for 60 yards. Early in the first half the guy next to me kept shouting, "Run the damn ball, they don't know what that means down here." Later, he kept shouting, "Quit running the damn ball!"

Will Andersen on Texas: "To be honest, since I've been here these last three years, this is probably the loudest environment I've played in." "Probably the hardest game I've played in since I've been in college football." When asked who the toughest player he faced last season, Anderson had no hesitation in naming his answer; "Bijan Robinson, the running back from Texas. He’s a big back. probably the toughest person I faced in college football."

After sending 2 DL to the NFL, Texas will probably start 8 Sr on defense, the first time Texas has started that many seniors in ~ 10 years. Kelvin Banks (Freshman OT) faced 4 NFL 1st rounders last year and did not give up a sack. No Bijan this year, but 7 other 5* on offense, not counting Arch, and one of the best WR rooms in college football.

Ought to be a good game.

Texas seemed to go toe-to-toe with them just fine last year

They don't have the quality nor the depth to compete with Alabama if Bama is indeed going back to power football. It'll be tight for a half and then Bama imposes their will on the horns
