I live in Southside, right across the river from Rainbow City. My brother in law is a Fireman for the city and my sons went to middle school there so yeah i guess i am.
There is not a Piggly Wiggly in Rainbow City though.
There is a Winn Dixie and a Publix, i think those are the only 2 grocery stores left after Gregerson's closed.
