Most seem confident that Hunter will be available for the season. Seems strange he is still not available to workout with the team at the facility.
Battie is still dealing with a foot issue.
Damn a deep room goes to a very inexperienced room very quick if things don’t break the way we want them.

There is speculation that some sort of suspensions are coming over this JH stuff. (Game suspensions)

The not being with the team is telling. Obviously I have no clue the outcome but being “suspended” and being really suspended are very different. Sounds like Jarquez is definitely suspended. This must be one hell of an investigation to be lingering up against fall practices.

I don't know about anyone else but I am really confused about the JH suspension. On the one hand, it seems as if the plan is to have him on the field this fall. On the other hand, he is not currently working out with the team.

Auburn could be holding on to let this story die down, but this is the SEC and it will never be a good time to say Jarquez is not going to miss any football. If they weren't going to hold him out then they should have said so already to get all the shite stirring cycled through.
Be interesting to see how this plays out. I sure as hell don't want to see a running back that Hugh says is the best he has ever coached sit out.

Yes shocking.
And yes I understand this is a university investigation instead of a football only issue.
Anyone know if the other couple of players are away from the team as well?

It’s a complicated situation
but he isn’t like Kerryon which needed to embrace working out more. Jarquez is the type to lift at a hotel gym.

True and I believe he has turned to Lester to for training while he is away from the team.

But team chemistry and going through drills with your teammates is a big deal.
I not trying to say is some huge deal but it is a big deal that he hasn’t been cleared to be with the team

I believe having some chemistry with teammates is why he is in trouble to begin with no?
Just kidding. I agree. Getting work in with the QB's and stuff is a big miss for offseason and a new QB in town.

I agree and that’s why I called him a horrible team leader.
I didn’t recognize a damn person at media days.

The SEC media days players from AU were very impressive and answered the questions the correct way.
Was the safe route by CHF and was the right call in my opinion. Need to shine a positive light on the program and that was accomplished and all were very well spoken.

Seems to like to share hope he don’t try handing the ball off when he’s getting tackled

I feel like Auburn is not trying to let this story die down, but they are doing their due diligence to get the full story and not let it be a media driven decision.

Both can be true

If you really listen to Elijah speak, part of what he was looking for coming to Auburn and agreement with Freeze was getting leadership opportunities, and it sounds like he is running with that, and Freeze rewarded him a spot at the podium. He is a sharp young man.
I thought overall, Freeze and the players made a good showing. Showed excitement for the upcoming season, but all seemed confident with humbleness sprinkled all over. Freeze, definitely was keeping it real with expectations.

The media hasn’t said shite about this.
Someone here recently shared an article about Hunter this season and it did not even mention he was currently suspended nor the sex tape.
It was as if everything was status quo.

I was impressed with Elijah as well. He is clearly a very intelligent young man. I hope that his performance on the field is as impressive as his performance at the podium.
