I think it is cool that Smart is a coaches' coach.
He gets along great with all of the other normal coaches (Saban, Kiffin, Kelly,Leach).
But he pisses off all of the weirdos (mullen, malzahn, Geoff Collins, Candace storey lee)

I agree. He seems to be very social, but also seems like he doesn’t tolerate bs with colleagues
