As I said before...I am comparing one school (Georgia) letting the police handle a police matter and another school that has actively covered up sexual assaults at their school. (Tennessee)

According to the woman who reported it, Peyton Manning, in an unwanted act, pressed his butt and genitals against her face. That's not a jolly old mooning. That's sexual assault.
That's according to the accuser. Sexual assault. And if the accuser says it happened, then that's the way it happened. Subsequent statements are irrelevant. It's only the inital report that counts.
