Why do you think that matters so much?

I'll tell you exactly the answer to this questin. It's because now that "1980" is gone and we've won back to back titles, including zero regular season losses in nearly 3 calendar years, there's simply not much to shite talk about uga right now.

I remember very vividly when I was growing up in the 90s and teams like UF and UT just pummeling us on the field and whenver I would get in debates with fans of those schools I would always have to grasp onto some kind of stat or metric that we were superioer in. With UF it was typically that we still owned the all time series and had more national titles. With UT I don't know but most of hte big talking points were off the table with them anyway so it'd probably be some stupid thing like a recruit or some recent statistical leader we had that they didn't. The point is...it was all a diversion to distract from the fact those teams were whoopiong our arse and dominating nationally while we couldn't win the divison.

Which brings us to the here and now. If you keep an eye peeled and really watch out for it, you'll see it on this board almsto daily. And once you do start to notice it more and more it because all the more comical and a fun game to play. Here we have people talkign shite about bowers becuase he's 15 pounds too light ot be a good NFL tight end. That's one example but there are many all over the place. Basically anything that people can conjure up to make them ever so briefly forget about the fact we're back to back, defending national champions and are more likely than not to complete a 3rd straght regular season without a loss.

I think SC's receiving room rating is pretty fair. It could be better or worse

Juice Wells is a baller and should show that again this year. He should get drafted.

Leggette has all the tools and speed to be good, but he could also have a similar year to last year and just be a return man with some catches. I could see it either way.

we upgraded at TE, which sounds funny when we had Stog and Bell. Bell was a one hit wonder with the UNC game and locker room cancer, and Stog just never found his rhythm. I think with Trey Knox we upgrade over stog, and Josh Simons gives us that quick TE without the Bell locker room drama.

We will need some of our young WR's to step up, and if Rattler gets off to a good start its possible.

21 seems fair
