Why is Indians State @ TCU? Wasn’t Indiana State a regional host?

They had an event planned and couldn't host.

Before anyone starts mocking Indiana State, their state-wide Special Olympic Games are being hosted in Terre Haute, I believe, on the campus this weekend. Unfortunate but commendable!

16th Super Regional

SR play started in 1999.. so they have played in 16/24 and are 8-7 overall, but 8-3 at home, but they are only 3-3 at home since 2010.

That’s almost as bad as Texas only having 6 CWS titles in 38 appearances

The second most in the game's history?

There are 8 teams, so wouldn't winning more than 1/8 of the time be a good thing?

Also, what's that say about the rest of the teams that made it less than Texas. So they should be happy that their seasons ended before even getting to Omaha?

Having less than a 16% winning percentage in Omaha isn’t necessarily something I’d brag about.

You know the season starts with more than 8 teams, right? So both Texas and LSU are 6/76 in winning college baseball championships since the advent of the CWS.

Congrats on being worse than Texas most of the time during those other 70 years?

You go to Omaha to win it all. Nothing else matters.

Just ask Aggy and Arkansas.

Texas baseball has won titles across 5 different decades. LSU was good in the 90s. Know your place, new guy.

In addition to our 6 titles, we have 6 runners up. Sucks, but that's baseball, and LSU fans will learn over the years how spoiled they were by Skip in the steroid era.

Really? You play sports to win? Refreshing take.

Yes I understand that Texas should probably have a few more titles. 1989 and 2004 come to mind. But I’d hardly call it “embarrassing” to go to Omaha 38 times, whether you’ve won 0 championships or 15 championships

Ok… maybe it’d be a bit embarrassing to go that much and win 0

Alright guys…relax.

LittleBigBro tried to zing LSU’s “3-3 record in the Supers since 2010” and he simply got zinged back.

It could be worse…

Imagine what Aggy and Piggy fans are going through today
