I actually think it’s that ESPN has us by the balls and won’t pay any more. You tack on 12% more money to each school and even the bottom dwellers would sign on.

I also think it’s Alabama’s fault too because all of a sudden playing their two rivals plus LSU every year is just unfair.

LSU is not historically one of Bama’s rivals. The history of football didn’t start within the last 20 years. Y’all think way more of yourselves than we do.
Your hate for all things crimson is not proportional to your relevance. Sorry.

Seriously even though a 9 game schedule is best for everyone, there's no reason to bend over and give to Espn for free while simultaneously loosing the income of a home game every other year.

At worst if we go to 9 conference games that extra game should go to market for the conference. Let Espn only get 4 conference home games per school

ESPN has the SEC by the contractual balls because of the dope 'running' the SEC ! Sankey and his crack staff signed off on a contract which did not include ANY contingency clauses...i.e. what if the conference expands with a number of power-house schools ! HOW the SEC schools did not notice this major screw-up is beyond me. Sankey is dumber than a bag of hammers...one screw-up after another !
