Nonsensical outlier.

quote:

Barna's poll is based on a sampling of 600 respondents representing Millennials weighted for factors such as geographic location, race and gender…

The poll didn't ask directly whether the respondent was gay or straight, asking instead to choose an answer to the question: "Thinking about your commitments, would you describe yourself as ...."

Wildly different results than every historical poll on the matter, including Gallup’s most recent.

Six responses were allowed, with the one garnering the most "yes" answers (75 percent) among Millennials being: "Searching for purpose in your life," followed by 74 percent who answered: "Believe all religious faiths are of equal value." "An American patriot" was next at 55 percent, followed by 54 percent who answered, "Often feel anxious, depressed or unsafe" and 52 percent who answered, "Deeply committed to practicing your faith." "Prefer socialism to capitalism" was next at 48 percent and "LGBTQ" was last at 30 percent.

What kind of poll asks this kind of shite with only these responses allowed? Also, I’m pretty sure these responses differ from NYC to the Deep South.

I’m a millennial. I don’t have a problem with polling millennials. I have a problem with the method they used to poll said millennials, and anyone using that data to form opinions on the matter.

Something tells me that Huge Freeze won't be the guy that decides the future of these players. The barners need this stuff right now like a hole in the head.

I hope there are no long term consequences for Jarquez. I just want turmoil to be rife within the Auburn program.

You said it right in your previous post. The admin won’t let Hugh touch that with a ten foot pole. I doubt they even ask him his opinion.

Meanwhile, Auburn fans have convinced themselves that the ex girlfriend is in the biggest trouble of them all.

LINK

It seems they don’t understand that once those videos & pics get distributed to a 3rd party, the “revenge porn” angle no longer works.

Hunter distributed those pics & videos to a whole arse group chat. The only question that needs to be answered is whether or not those people agreed to have this material distributed by Hunter.

I guess all auburn can do is suspend those involved, investigate and take appropriate action when the facts come in. If they get dismissed they get dismissed.

It absolutely is. Revenge porn laws in Alabama hinge on whether or not the images distributed were private, and whether or not the person depicted had an “expectation of privacy against the photo’s circulation.”

Once Hunter himself distributed those private photos to uninvolved 3rd parties - i.e. the big arse group chat, there is obviously no expectation of privacy.

Enjoy.

Okay, here’s the statute. Let me know which part you disagree with.

LINK

Do you believe Hunter had a reasonable expectation of privacy, even after distributing those images and videos to a group chat with multiple 3rd parties?

quote:

To convict, the State must prove beyond a reasonable doubt each of the following elements:

(1) The defendant posted, emailed, texted, transmitted, or otherwise distributed a private image of [insert name of person depicted];

(2) The defendant did so with the intent to harass, threaten, coerce, or intimidate the person depicted;

(3) The depicted person had not consented to the transmission of the private image;

(4)The depicted person had a reasonable expectation of privacy against transmission of the private image; (AND)

(5) The defendant did so knowingly.
