The fact it will be overlooking the river makes it pretty sweet. I’m surprised it has taken them so long to open more restaurants and bars with the Calhoun’s vibe tbh. A line of bars and restaurants right on the water will be so cool.
Someone mentioned the stadium earlier, the south end zone renovations will be done well before this is built.

Agree - it is a great spot. Not only the river, but the way that area with the stadium is kind of shielded by the hills and looks across into hills on the other side of the river with the bridge next to it.
I'd imagine retail will be lining up to get in there.

Are they going to paint the Henley St Bridge Orange? Go with the Pittsburgh vibe.
