As a Texans fan, I’d LOVE to have Robinson & Pierce in the same backfield. That said, if we were take a RB, I think a versatile guy like Gibbs would fit the new offense really well.

The Texans have much bigger holes to fill. Don't waste a first round pick on a running back.

I don’t think I would do it. But, the way inserting McCaffrey sparked the entire Niners offense (without a legit qb), I won’t be mad if Demeco does it.

The 49ers had Aiyuk, Kittle, & Deebo. Texans have nothing close at WR/TE. The best RB in the world ain't fixing this offense.

Anybody watch the Draft Day movie? While entertaining, it's ridiculous how that movie played out.

I agree, but we botched getting our franchise QB. So, I’m all for picking the most versatile players and scheming to isolate them in space.
Metchie will help in the slot. We need a TE in the worst way. But I think we can get that round 2. Don’t know if Nico can develop outside?
