Find someone skilled in helping write military resumes in civilian terms. I can’t count the times I’ve seen military guys get passed over in the resume review process because people don’t know how it translates.

Obviously hit the big ones, but don't forget there are some smaller shipping companies, Daisy rifles has facility, and a lot of major companies have big offices here just to work with Walmart. We've also got the airport up here.

Get that resume rewrite for the civvies and see about finding a headhunter up here. You can probably walk into a fairly nice job here with that much experience.

Walmart job was a bust. Well beyond my current capabilities. Not sure what she saw in my resume that would make her think that I’m qualified. Time to keep at it.

Cubs, you looked in Tulsa? Not far from NWA and I know American Airlines is hubbed out of Tulsa.

A quick Indeed search shows American looking for a couple maintenance supervisors in Tulsa. Pay for one looks like $75-$85k and the other is up to $95k+.

Tulsa metro is just a short ride across 412 to NWA.

Naw, I’m dead set on NWA, and if that doesn’t work, unless I can convince the family to stay in the Inland Northwest, the Florida panhandle is probably option 2.

I have a third interview with a drone company tomorrow, first interview with Soma Jets on Monday and I’m making some pretty good headway with Walmart. Trying to make sure that I at least hit the $100k mark.

I will say, searching for a job is far from fun.

How good of a drone pilot?

My little brother pilots drones but he’s fairly new. He does production & film. Currently he does a lot of work for LSU, A State & Memphis. It’s all contract work.

His main focus is video production but he’s getting into drone work
