He'll lose a year of eligibility doing that. But this is the risk that comes with a true freshman transferring after 6 months. Way too much can happen. One of the many reasons how the new transfer rules can be more of a detriment to players than a benefit. If you're a 3rd/4th year player who knows he won't be playing the following season, go for it. If you're a freshman, you mat want to see how things shake out before making a rash decision.

If Sanders beats out Dart, Dart will transfer and Howard is in line to start next year.

If Dart beats out Sanders, Sanders likely transfers again to start somewhere his senior year and Howard, once again, is 2nd string this year and in line to start next year

Look at the dumbass take from an LSU fan. I’d say I’m shocked one could be so stupid but looking at the number of upvotes, it appears intelligence and LSU do not go hand in hand.

Sanders is a senior with no additional eligibility.

Walker, if he transfers next year, would have to sit out a year due to the double transfer rule.
