Police never said Miller was innocent. They said they didn't have legal grounds to charge him, aka he's not innocent but we're going to let him go because he's good at basketball and the entire dept and DA are Bama fans.

Where did this incredibly stupid idea come from that just because someone isn't charged with a crime means they can't be suspended?
