Now his legal situation could change for all I know, but unless it does....he plays.

You're conflating the burden of proof in a criminal case with whether the University of Alabama should have taken any action against Miller pursuant to its own policies and standards of conduct.

You really don't appreciate the amount of pressure that is building in the media circles about this.
Forget the rant... Bama getting hammered by just about every news outlet, sports outlet, etc... Bama may be able to hold back the floodgates.. and then again... maybe not.
Plenty of damage has been done in the public arena. People on the rant are basically echoing what most people across the country are saying.

But there's a difference between siding with an innocent person and understanding that what that innocent person did was fricked up.

and y'all coming at him because he's the best player in the SEC and you don't want him playing. If today was one week after the end of the NCAA Tourney, no one would be pushing this issue.
