If this is true, then Miller wasn’t just picking up his friend. He was delivering a gun to a drunk friend in the middle of the night which was then promptly used to kill an innocent woman.

Does “responded” just mean that Miller went there or actually replied via text? If it’s the latter, I think we would all be interested in seeing the proof Travis has that Miller responded via text.

He was already on the way to pick him up. Assuming Miller doesn’t text and drive, we don’t know if he even read the text.
If he was texting and driving then he needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

No, it’s clear Travis means responded as in when he received the text from Miles to bring the gun he should have either not gone, or told Miles to leave, or taken the gun to his apartment before going to the scene.

There’s not been any official confirmation or denial that Miller read the text or texted back. Travis is saying that Miller read the text before delivering the gun. Is Travis wrong? I don’t know because no one is confirming or denying whether Miller read the text before delivering the gun.

The point is Clay Travis does not believe this is a “what if.” Travis is saying Miller responded to the message to bring the gun. You have to read a message before you respond to it.
Is Travis making shite up? Does anyone involved in this situation want to refute this?

Bama can’t say shite now and has probably been told by DA to STFU about this and the DA has no advantage of disclosing Millers possible deal and his testimony, key witnesses status etc right now this far removed from a possible trial. This leaves the field to the media and victims family for now.
