Based on the testimony of law enforcement, Miller and Bradley of course can’t play for Alabama anymore. It all reeks of shame and disgrace. At some point, playing basketball for Alabama is no longer a privilege for those who make poor choices in life. The proximity of Miller and Bradley to the shooting death of Harris is well beyond that point.

Joseph Goodman loves to react in this way. His favorite types of stories are the ones that involve tragedy and people getting arrested.

Nothing will happen. Law enforcement and the school have known about this since it happened.
They have reviewed everything and no charges will be brought.
The court of public opinion doesn't count for anything.

Crazy reading the dismal by Bama fans. I'm sorry there are more questions than black and white answers here. Why did he drop the gun off and not leave, much less park behind the victim? Someone was killed here.

Bending the knee to the media is never a good policy. If they didn't break any laws then they didn't break any laws, and I hope UA sticks to it's guns.

Obviously Brandon Miller didn't do anything illegal or he would be charged.
What is there to defend?

We just don't give af anymore. And I mean that we as Americans have slithered so far down the ethical and moral ladder that if it doesn't happen to us or a loved one we don't care. If it benefits us in any way - even if it's just as a fan - we're willing to overlook it. We don't give a rat's arse about our fellow citizens anymore.
We've always given preferential treatment to celebs, athletes, the privileged and wealthy but it used to stop short of things like this. Smaller crimes would be overlooked or ignored but not something like this.

Would the woman be alive if Miller hadn't brought Miles the gun in the middle of the night?

Someone is about to die falling up the stairs again

Police also testified that the vehicles of Miller and Bradley were allegedly blocking the road where the Jeep was parked. So many questions remain. The status of Miller and Bradley as members of Alabama’s basketball team should be the easiest one of them all to answer.
Brought the gun and this… gonna be a grand jury at least.
