Had Devine arrived by 1960?

Yes, 1960 was Devine's 3rd year at Mizzou. Frank Broyles' asst. Jim McKenzie recruited much of that senior class which was largely from Missouri and obviously had success, but I don't think Broyles liked Faurot telling him to keep recruiting Missouri kids first,
The rest is history, of which I'm sure Arkansas is happy with through the 60s and 70s, as are we.

Devine went to Arkansas at the age of 15? That is amazing. Almost as amazing that ya'll let a drag queen matriculate at Arkansas in 1960, 15 year old or not....
