I'll say Oregon, too. They've been close before, unlike TCU who wasn't close at all. There was a lot of talk regarding whether or not TCU should have even been in the playoffs, but the question was not answered until Georgia kicked the living shite out of them. That wasn't even a game; just a scrimmage.
EDIT: shite, I just saw that TCU did win a natty before.

People forget Oregon went to the NC twice in the 2010s.
They’re a star QB away from really stealing the pac 12. Lincoln Riley is too dependent on QBs and zero defense to win anything substantial in his career. Deion might steal one eventually but I believe Oregon or Utah is ultimately the predominate force for the time being in the PAC.
