Depends on how the conferences shake out. Oregon is certainly a good pick.

But I think there are several Big 12 schools that could be the breakthrough team. Ok State, Baylor, and TCU have all been good.

Once USC & UCLA inexplicably leave for the B1G, who else outside of Eugene would have a shot winning the PAC?
