I’ve seen multiple what I would called fan accounts saying it.

Our judiciary is screwed up and more about emotion than actual law. You think academia folks are gonna go for that. Maybe at 10-15 schools but no over all

Academia people getting mad over it is purely emotional. Pretty much all operate on separate budgets from academics.
