So many hypotheticals …
I mean, are you still innocent if you were there (as a driver or non-gunman) during a fatal shooting and haven’t said anything? Then celebrating at games when you were a witness to something like that?

If you arent the shooter, I would think you have to have some level of conspiracy or at least knowledge to be charged like Miles is. To me this sounds like they were rolling on somebody

The shooting happened after the game.
