I truly hope he had nothing to do with it, but unless he wasn't driving and also wasn't the shooter I don't know how that's possible.

So many hypotheticals …
I mean, are you still innocent if you were there (as a driver or non-gunman) during a fatal shooting and haven’t said anything? Then celebrating at games when you were a witness to something like that?
