I know too early to probably talk about this and I’m so glad we get to enjoy another year with him and Ladd but where are your thoughts on where he is going to end up in the draft? I don’t see Any reason he couldn’t or shouldn’t go top ten or one of the first TEs off the board in the draft

if he doesn't go top ten and #1 TE then something is wrong

Only "knock" on Bowers is that he might be lighter as a blocker than a guy like Michael Mayer? Will his speed and athleticism be as obvious at the next level? IDK, still seems like a generational player to me.

He should go Top 10, definitely first TE off the board.

Speaking of Bowers, I hope the university invests in and promotes a Bowers for Heisman campaign hard and early this year. Seems like that’s not something UGA really dives into, but seems ripe for the picking and would pay big dividends.

His athleticism and ball skills are some of the best ever seen by a TE. His blocking is wel above average.

His draft position is going to be interesting. He’s going to really stress the typical value seen by TE. Kyle Pitts was seen as a top 5 pick so I think Bowers can get top 10

Kyle Pitts went #4 overall (although that's only because the Falcons are dumb) and Bowers is better right now than Pitts ever has been. Bowers reminds me so much of Travis Kelce.

Unrelated, but wild to think about: Gronk was basically a combo of Bowers and Washington. He was almost Washington's size and was as good of a blocking TE that has ever played the sport. He also had the receiving and run after catch skills of someone like Bowers.

Kyle Pitts looking like a bust might scare off teams in the top 10 from taking a TE. He was considered an all-pro lock before the draft.
