Never understand why fans of any team, including Georgia, would act like losing a 5 star freshman doesn't matter and doesn't make a frick. They only make like five or six 5 star DBs per year. They don't grow on trees.

Obviously it is because UGA is a sinking ship and Kirby is losing control of the program. Everyone saw this coming. It was fun while it lasted.

Because if they transfer out they're bitches who don't want to compete and weren't any good anyway. If they transfer in then they're players who want to come be a winner at our school.

It doesn’t matter. He couldn’t earn playing time and doesn’t want to play here. He’s obviously not as good as the players ahead of him, or he’d play. He will be replaced by someone who can better compete for the job.

We lost a 5* QB to the portal a few years back and it did not affect the program or the trajectory of the offense in the slightest.
Given that Smart is a former DB and defensive minded head coach, one unproven 5* DB leaving is not that concerning.

Doesn’t it matter what their situation is at their old school? A guy who was starting at the old school and transfers vs a guy who isn’t getting playing time…

I don't know but I think Kirby knew this was coming. We took more CBS in our class this year than it looked like we needed

This is absolutely correct, but it doesn't mean much to this board. Now that UGA is on top expect this board to rip apart UGA for every little thing regardless of how insignificant. They've been doing this to BAMA for years.

We're just going to have to find a way to make-do with the other nine 4/5* DB's on the roster. Hopefully we don't have to play too much dime defense in 2023.
