Heath Shuler was the runner-up for the Heisman behind Charlie Ward and the eventual #3 overall draft pick in the NFL. Casey Clausen had a pretty incredible SEC record in 4 years (14-1 on the road). Holloway was an All-SEC player in football and baseball. What are you talking about? (and as an LSU fan no less )

When I look at how elite a QB is, I consider how they fared at the highest level of football. Shuler was a total bust. Clausen was a backup for one year. Holloway was a CFLer.

How many black QBs were in the NFL when Holloway was around?

So you determine how good a player was in college by their NFL success? Seems illogical but whatever

And do you want to talk about LSU's esteemed list of NFL QBs? It ain't any better.

So in your opinion Tim Tebow was not an elite quarterback in college. Interesting take.
