2021 had Leal, Johnson, Peavy, Clemons, and Hansford. All very good front 7 guys with a ton of experience. 2022 replaced then with freshmen and guys with less experience, but probably more talent.
Elko is better than Durkin, but we were going to take a step back on defense in 2022 regardless. We should improve in 2023 due to the experience the young guys got in 22. Now let's get a legit ILB out of the portal.
