You are misinterpreting what Kirby said.
They deserved to win just as much as UGA but in the end, experience wins. Not rocket science or luck. Just refusing to lose

There's at least 120 other CFB teams incapable of orchestrating that 2 minute drill that led to the Dawgs' final TD to take the lead, much less executing it.

Over the years, I’ve seen UGA lose countless games they deserved to win. Several against Alabama, but the other team pulled it out at the end, or made fewer mistakes.
That’s football. OSU played a great game. They missed a field goal. UGA missed two. It happens.
