Of course they will. They would have, by far, a better resume, but it doesn't really matter. Penn State isn't going to pass them and thats all that really matters.

I was trying to look through BCS glasses not my own personal view.

I wish I had your faith munch...but I'm not holding out any hope for us to get there if there are three unbeaten teams. Sparty is tough but I don't know if beating Sparty can outweigh the SEC and Big XII CG's (which Bama and TT would have to play in and win if unbeaten.)
We'll see though!

I hear ya, munch. I just dont think it would happen. However, I also dont think Bama and TT go undefeated so Penn State is most likely in the BCSCG IMO

I'm pretty sure you're not looking through BCS glasses.
Penn State's strength of schedule cannot get them there without Tech or Bama taking a loss.
Penn State has one quality win and it was against an OSU team that lost to USC by 30 points.
Bama would have wins against LSU, Georgia, and Florida if they went undefeated.
Tech would have wins against Texas, OU, Ok St, and probably Mizzou in the Big 12 championship game.
If you look at the schedules and the lack of respect the Big 10 teams have, then you shouldn't really have to think about this.
That being said if you made me bet money I would say that both Tech and Bama drop at least one game so it isn't a big deal at this point.

Oregon State would probably qualify especially if they win the PAC 10 as a quality win as would Michigan State if they are 9-2 on Gameday...at least in the polls IMO.
Again...it's nowhere near what we would need to jump Bama or TT if they run the table.

I'm not knocking Penn St. The system is broken.

I'm not saying you're knocking us...homerism on my part runs rampant sometimes.
I can't agree more with you about the system being broken. Though every time we have done something we thought was the right thing to avoid being left out after going unbeaten it's backfired on us. Which is the biggest reason why JoePa's been screaming for a playoff for the last 20 years.

they would have to jump PSU in the human polls first

Would love to see JoePa go out on top before he leaves. Hopefully not at Bama's expense but if Bama isn't in it by then I will be cheering PSU all the way.

Doesn't matter where Alabama is ranked after tonight. Florida will put a beatdown on Alabama and there will be no need to worry.
