Player Cheer after Ole Miss
Posted by tigeramongpigs on 9/20/26 at 7:09 pm
Yes, after LSU's 32-24 loss to No. 8 Ole Miss at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, Lane Kiffin gathered his players shoulder-to-shoulder, turned them toward the remaining visiting fans who stayed after the final whistle, and led an emotional "L-S-U" chant.
Wife told me about this. Probably old news that many of you know already and you'll downvote. Don't care. Downvote away. I liked it.

Anybody have a clue how many were there? All I saw was red and blue in the stands. I did see the band one time
Ryan Day's hail Mary

Up like 28-0 before halftime, throws a hail Mary against Kent State! What a TOOL.... Guess he thought it would make up for blowing the Texas game. A-hole!

Yes, he needs to push the ball downfield and has a tendency (so far) to take off after his first couple reads.
Didn't Jayden have this tendency his first year at LSU?

Only players that I know of from my school (Woodlawn BR) are Rickie Collins, Darnell Lazare (BB), and Ricky Picou (FB) (from way back when...about 1970). He was a year ahead of me in hs.
re: Would you rather regionals change the format?

Absolutely NOT. I love the regional format

Still think we’ve put too much emphasis on velocity and thinking you can teach control later.
couple of Zac Cowans and his "tiny dancer" would be nice to get
Anyone have link to Josh Mancuso video?

Buzzy was right. They (we) kept Peterson's pitch count under 100. Anyway, THANKS, JML!!

Johnson strategy working PERFECTLY so far. Use pitchers that can't pitch all weekend! Get crushed! Save the few pitchers that are "decent" to try to make an impossible run to win the tournament next week....
