I agree, screw Bill.
His arrogancs led to him trying to show everyone he can make a DC an OC and outscore everyone with less talent at the skill positions.

I have no idea what that guy is doing.
It’s like he’s intentionally sabotaging his own offense.
The skill players are barely replacement level and he has a defensive coach calling plays for a 2nd year QB.
And then when it all fails miserably he blames the QB? No QB in the NFL would be successful with what he’s been handed.
And he gets a pass for it because he’s won a bunch of championships in the past.
It’s the strangest situation I can think of in pro football. If anyone but him were doing this it would be grounds for immediate termination and he would be laughed out of football.
And there are a ton of throws from Mac from his time at Bama where he threw accurately 40+ yards downfield, he might be the most accurate deep ball passer in school history.
