What about Kevin Steele to Tennessee?

Would be good for him. Would hate to see it from a Bama stand point. He's an excellant coach and Tenn would do well to have someone like him. By the way.. loved seeing where Cutcliffe has come out and said thanks but no thanks. I reckon Duke > Tennessee job right now.

You're talking about a guy who took over a down Baylor program and only drove it further into the ground. Utenn picks Steele and they will be in for a bad fricking time.

Ive actually been wondering why I wasn't hearing his name more. I'd hate to lose him. He's a great coach and a great recruiter. He obviously didn't do that well in his first head coaching stint but Im sure he's learned more since then and would do fine.

Plus, if he leaves that opens up a coaching spot and we can snag Dabo...Smart would just become the official D-coord. (he's actually already listed as the D-coord.)

Seriously, he went 9-36 in his only four years as a Head Coach and someone is talking about dumping him off in the toughest confence in college football and in the same division with Meyer and Richt. This would only end badly for Utenn.
