So predicted to finish first and did just that so gets coach of the year?

It’s the Coach of the Year award…..not the “exceeded low expectations” award.

Kirby didn't really deserve the award. He's a returning National Championship HC with the highly favored team to win another National Championship. Those that should have been really considered for that award is Shane Beamer, Brian Kelly or the guy from UT.

Let me ask you a question... who built UGA into what they are this year?

And is that not part of being a college coach.

Why do you think having crap to work with somehow makes a coach better. They're the head coach. They're supposed to make sure they aren't working with crap.

Too many times those voting for coach of the year feel like you do. It's why Saban has only won it twice in the last decade when he deserved it at least 4-5 times. Saban built Bama into what it is... he deserves credit for that in COY votes, not a penalty.

A good example of your repetitive, unsubstantial nonsense.

Trying to avoid talking about being owned by a walk on and 3 star vol reject.

He has said he did. You say he didn't.

Not sure why you think you should be believed over him. Not sure why you think it matters either. The entire argument from you makes you look like a flaming retard.

And while you may want to go down the same road with me... I graduated in 2000 from the Terry College of Business at UGA with a BBA in MIS. I have no idea how many classes I attended... either a total number of times in lecture halls or the number of classes I got credit for. Somewhere between 35-40 classes with credit I'd guess. I had credits from AP courses coming in along with being there in the quarter system for half my stay and the semester system for the other half and did what was needed to graduate in 4 years with a 3.8 GPA without stressing much.

I remember when Mullen was a better GameDay coach than Kirby (until he was not).
Does anyone really think that Heupel or Kiffin's outcome will be any different?

Heupel's offense is just the new Malzahn. Tricky the first time you come across it. Scores 1 TD per game from then on out.

It's all he's got, childish name calling and crude vulgar language. No substance at all.

How can we expect Tennessee to score at Dooley Field in Sanford Stadium when the grass is 1/2 to 1 inch longer than normal? It is simple math. 1 + 1 = 3.

And don’t forget it rained in the 3rd quarter and the crowd was really really loud.

Kirby had enough points to win and decided to keep it on the ground with conservative play calling. UT is lucky that rain came or it could have been so much worse

Bennett could have thrown for 500 yards and have 6 tds if not for the mercy of RAIN

That rain saved UT from even more embarrassment. Kirby knew UGA had enough points to win and decided to not take risks on a slippery field. Very conservative play calling kept the score from being more humiliating for the Vols
