I'm not sure about that, there is not a whole lot of crossover there. They may have gained a few and matched the B1G..

so Texas OK are bringing the Big 12 crowd.
Once we and cows move to SEC you will see some huge ratings overall. Reason is games that have not been or rarely played outside of bowl games. OU/Bama in season for just one example, will draw some huge numbers. Tx/aTm is another one. But quite a few other OU/Tx SEC games will draw some big numbers of viewers that didn’t exist before.
Uscw/ucla will not draw quite as many when they go B10. Mainly due to their TV markets being so far apart and west coast apathy for football (hey, its sunny out I’m headed to beach). Plus uscw has notoriously played quite a few games with B10 teams already, its not as new as OU/Tx going to SEC is.

That SEC number seems low.
SEC has product
B1G has population (eyeballs)
It actually makes sense

I would agree. I cruised through some PAC-12 message boards back when USC and UCLA bolted and I was surprised to see how much they all looked down on the Big-12 and called it the worst conference. They clearly live in their own bubble over there because three quarters of the country says the exact same things about them being the worst P5 conference.
We might have a winning record in the Pac. Or maybe not lol.
It is like a culture clash between the west coast and the rest of the nation. They hate everything middle America over there.
I once scrolled through their online network and it was all about the Olympics and women's sports.

Right now Alabama is the only program that transcends college football. Southern Cal had it for a few seasons ago about 15 years ago, and Miami and Notre Dame had it back in the 80s. And then Notre Dame also prior to that.
But right now it's Alabama and Alabama alone.

A&M was projected to be a favorite, alongside Alabama, to actually play in it at the beginning of the season. Every fanbase has them but my god, A&M…

Pretty much, that LSU team was one of the more mainstream teams college football has ever had. Georgia was also vying for a playoff spot with the 4th ranking and 1 loss at the time.

I’ll agree on that. OU/Texas will certainly bring extra eyes to the SEC. Anyone arguing otherwise is delusional, Texas and Oklahoma are two of the top 10 largest brands in college sports, overall. That will certainly add, no matter what shape both teams are when coming in.

Waaaay down from the 15.3 million last year when the team everyone wants to watch, Alabama, was playing.

Alabama had literally nothing in any way to do with our trash talking. You embarass yourself. The world does not revolve around you. You and 5&7 deserve each other.
